This gorgeous regal girl is Duchess. Her look alone commands a room with her long fur that can make a mane around her face. She loves to be brushed to keep her coat stunning.
Often found at the top most level of the cat trees, observing. She has an easy going personality, letting the shelter sights & sounds pass her by. The only thing to bother her is the occasional dog passing through, she is most defiantly not a fan & would do best in a dog free home.
Don't let her stoic exterior fool you though, she adores getting picked up & held like a baby. Head scratches are top of the list too! If you happen to be by her & not scratching she will give you a little reminder tap. Duchess is not much for play but sometimes she can't help herself when she sees everyone else participating. Duchess might not inherit a thrown but she'll be royalty in your eyes.
