You can probably tell from her picture, Ginger is all smiles! An energetic explorer who has an infectious enthusiasm for life; A girl bursting out with excitement and joy. She's on the lookout for a active family ready to show her all the exciting things life has to offer, ready to embrace the exhilaration of life with a wagging tail and a happy heart. In return she'll reward you with loyalty & plenty of fun! Ginger has a passion for the outdoors & can normally be see in our front pen at the shelter, playing with her friend Gillian. ​She alerts to unfamiliar cars and people arriving at the shelter, but familiar faces are greeted with her warm welcome. A genuinely happy girl all around. She is kennel trained, house trained & is learning her basic commands. She performs optimally when a reward is offered; a food motivated girl. She hasn't shown a great interest in toys. She pulls more then she relaxes on a leash, but she has the concept.
