People wanting a super cuddly sweet talking cat need only apply! Meet Harriet Houdini. She came to us after several attempts to catch her & her family in live traps; Harriet not only escaped from her family but also from the trap several times earning her the name Harriet Houdini! She came to the shelter in almost a feral state, but thanks to our volunteers who spent countless hours with her she has transformed into probably the most people loving cat we have! Her favorite spot is on your shoulder, she might be part parrot as you can walk around with her still firmly attached. She is small for 7 months old, so fitting on the shoulder doesn't take much effort on her part. You might be surprised by a random ear cleaning here & there too! This girl is a chatter box, conversation is never lacking. At one point in her transition into the shelter she had such mixed emotions she would talk meow, hiss & purr all at the same time. Needless to say this girl is not lacking any character.
