This extremely bonded pair came to us after spending days at the pound & went unclaimed. We don’t understand how! Just wait till we tell you how incredible they are. Luca & Sasha weigh in at 25-30lbs each making them an ideal size for many owners. Sasha is a lap warmer, snuggled up beside you with her head in your lap or when that extra burst of love comes along you can find her sitting right on you! What better way for her to give you all those kisses! Luca is much the same but less about sitting on you & more about warming your toes. Both love their tummy rubs, scratches, & kisses. Sasha is the clear leader, if Sasha won’t do it neither will Luca. They both know their basic commands. Sasha has a couple more tricks up her sleeve but you can’t beat Luca’s “Elvis lip” when he is trying to concentrate. (Is that a trick? Ah let him have it) both are food motivated which make training just that much easier. Both walk nice on a leash & ride well in a car. They are unsure of the larger dogs that are at the shelter, and come closer to you for reassurance. They have not yet been tested around cats. Luca & Sasha have both shown some apprehension approaching certain male volunteers but have done exceptionally well with females & older children; they have shown no signs of aggression.
