Parkland Humane Society

PHS NEEDS YOUR HELP.

You can help by becoming a member.  Parkland Humane Society’s members are extremely important.  The greater the number of members the more success PHS has when applying for grants in which to operate and ultimately build a shelter.

As a member you can choose to volunteer your time if able.  If not your financial aid is equally important.  Members receive two newsletters annually, one in the spring and one in the fall.  These newsletters give vital information on upcoming events, adoptions, fostering, etc.

Without our members PHS would not be able to operate.  Membership fees are used to operate our many programs, Spay and Neuter, Adoption, Foster, Hospital Visitation and Education. Monies received from memberships allow PHS to rescue more animals from the City of Dauphin’s pound and to help take in other animals in need.

Membership forms can be picked up at Dauphin Vet Clinic, Uptown Pet Clinic, Ste. Rose Clinic, some R.M. and Town offices in the Parkland. You can also call 638-6966 and a form will be mailed out to you. Please help give an animal a second chance by becoming a member.

Do you have any ideas, suggestions, questions or concerns for the Board of Directors? Your input is very important to us so feel free to contact us any time.

    • We were so glad to have been able to foster Laika in our home. She is a very smart and loving animal and anyone would be lucky to have her.

      We miss you Laika!

    • Wow,very informative.

    • I am very appreciative of the work that Parkland Humane Society does. It can be an uphill battle to get people to realize their responsibilities when it comes to their pets. I hope in the future we can see the group spread outside of Dauphin.

    • love the new website...keep up the great work
