2019 Raise the Woof!
Annual Event - October
Annual Event - October
We hope everyone had a great weekend, because we sure did!
Our sides still hurt from laughing! Our 'Raise the Woof' event was a huge hit, and we hope to host another one again next year.
We'd like to thank the wonderful and hilarious comedians for making the night one to remember, and to local band 'Revolving Door' heating up the dance floor and wrapping up the night in style!
We'd also like to thank Harvey and Lorie Armstrong of Super 8 Hotel for providing rooms for our three comedians, and for all their support in our past events as well!
Another massive round of thank you's goes out to all the local business and people that donated to our raffle table and supported this event:
Norwex, Nutter's Bulk and Natural Foods, Kal-Tire, Catalyst Credit Union (Dauphin branch), Boston Pizza, Aitken's Jewellery, Thirty-One Totes by Jill Forbes, Coffee Creations, Harrison Computer Services, Elkhorn Resort and Solstice Spa, Stella & Dot by Sarah Wilton, Shalane Productions by Shalane Geertsema, Beauty and the Barber, Countryfest Community Cinema, Burdenuik Landscaping, Barry's Truck and Trailer Repair, Jewels in a Snap by Bernice Boyechko, Three Graces, Super Thrifty, Prairie Supply Co., and the Almost New Store, and to Bruce Leperre for emceeing the night for us!
And last but most certainly not least, thank you to all of our board members and volunteers for making the night possible, and to Cheryl Gorrell for taking charge of the whole event and making it come to reality! We couldn't have pulled this off without everyone's help and support!
