Ronnie - affectionately known as “Rotten Ronnie,” “Ronaldo,” and even “Ronald Weasley”—may be the smallest pup of the bunch, but he has one of the biggest personalities. Don’t let his size fool you; Ronnie is often the instigator, always knowing exactly how to get the fun started. Bursting with charm and confidence, he carries himself like a much larger dog. When playtime winds down, Ronnie’s favorite place to be is in your arms or curled up in your lap. He absolutely loves being held and soaks up affection like a little sponge. He enjoys playing with his siblings and is usually right in the middle of the action before happily settling in for cuddles. Ronnie does well with children and would make a wonderful family companion. Ronnie is also curious about cats and enjoys observing them, but he respectfully leaves them be—though he does think their food is pretty tempting! He is kennel trained and doing well with house training, currently using a pee pad instead of the floor. He proudly keeps the cleanest kennel of the group and takes his routine seriously. Ronnie does very well on a leash, making walks a pleasant experience. At mealtime, he eats from a slow-feed bowl—and unlike some of his siblings, he doesn’t tip it over! Sweet, playful, and delightfully mischievous, Ronnie would make a wonderful companion for a home looking for a loving lap dog with just the right amount of spunk.
